Multiple Image Techniques

Panorama

This photo, taken in downtown Portland, was created by lining up the paintings when taking each shot, and then merging them together in Photoshop to create a panorama. I particularly liked this panorama because of the fact that I was able to capture the entire walk-way, as opposed to only being able to see pieces of it.

HDR

This photo, also taken in downtown Portland, was one of my favorites because of the vibrant colors in the brick building.

Multiple Exposure

I really like this multiple exposure shot because of the eerie effect that was created by the light--I think it's interesting how ghost-like it looks.

Motion Assignment

Slow Motion
This was my favorite slow motion shot mostly because of the vibrant colors in the background, and how they go really well with the bright red jacket. I also like the fact that the hair is the only thing in motion--it creates an interesting effect.

 Freeze Action

I really liked this freeze action shot because of the fact that jumping shots are usually really difficult to capture, and I think this one turned out really well.

Panning
I thought that this panning shot was interesting because of the fact that mostly everything is blurred, but there is still a portion of her face that is somewhat sharp--I think it made an interesting effect.

Camera Shake
This picture demonstrating camera shake was my favorite because of the smokey effect that was created, despite the fact that there was originally no smoke when I took the shot.
